Classic sorbets and ice cream of conventional Giolito quality: the ice cream is made exclusively with fresh milk and fresh cream, which are pasteurised on the premises by our producer in the province of Como (I). The blending with the very best of natural ingredients completes the production of a highest-quality ice cream displaying the entire array of classic Italian gelati flavours.

The ingredient used for our "Vaniglia" is thus one of the best vanilla pods, the Bourbon from Madagascar; a heavenly coconut milk from Thailand forms the basis of our "Cocco"; and the legendary "Pistacchio" owes its flavour to a natural pistachio cream, harvested from the best locations on the Costa Smeralda in Sardinia.

The use of natural ingredients is our philosophy, we naturally do without artificial preservatives and colour additives.
