Creazione del pasticciere

This name is reserved for the creations of top pastry and gourmet chefs from all over the world, which satisfy only the highest criteria for quality.

The first products in this range were created in Milan by Ernesto Knam, who processes only the very best worldwide ingredients in his creations. Amongst those, you will find daring recipes such as chocolate with cranberries and chilli, the reconciliation of the arch-enemies lemon and milk in "limone latte" and the combination of a first-rate Swiss beer with ginger in "birra e zenzero". We owe the idea for this beer-flavoured ice cream to our brewer Martin Wartmann, who supplied us with honey beer and wort from the Actienbrauerei Frauenfeld. Campari orange, a classic amongst cocktails, has found its equivalent in "Camparancia", the incomparable creation by Knam using fresh oranges.

The Creazioni del pasticciere will surprise us every six months -so to speak as summer and winter collections by Giolito- with new flavours, recipes and creations from the greatest chefs.
